1. Senior Engineer - Energy Assessment

Job Accountabilities:
- Conduct comprehensive energy audits at customer project site facilities
- Perform energy/ water consumption measurements: collect and input data involving project site electrical and mechanical systems
- Assemble project site energy inventory and prepare audit summary reports
- Manage and support junior team members both on-site and during report preparation
- Foster effective and positive business relationships with all parties throughout project phases
- Prepare and maintain all forms of project presentations, documentation, and material.
- Deliver presentations on RESET Energy work to public and client audiences
Qualifications Requirement:
- University graduate in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Service Engineering discipline
- CEM is preferable
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in facility management or energy audit
- Fluent spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua)
- Willingness for significant travel outside of Hong Kong (China, S.E. Asia and other destinations) is required
- The ideal candidate would have combined experience in electrical, building services, process and thermal plant installations in addition to core discipline knowledge
- Right candidate with less working experience and qualification will be offered with Engineer title.
2. Project Manager - Energy Saving Implementation.

Job Accountabilities:
- Conduct energy verification at customer project site facilities
- Develop and manage energy reduction implementation works project packages including detailed design and specifications, selection and management of implementation works, supervision of installation and commissioning, optimisation and validation of savings performance
- Foster effective and positive business relationships with all parties throughout project phases
- Line management responsibility for internal staff and management of external consulting staff and contractors as required
- Prepare and maintain all forms of project presentations, documentation, and related materials
- Deliver presentations on RESET Energy work to public and client audiences
Qualifications Requirement:
- University graduate in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Service Engineering discipline
- Preference will be given to candidates with membership of HKIE or other relevant International Institution (e.g. UK IET, CIBSE, EI & etc.)
- CMVP is preferable
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in E&M engineering design, project management and contractor management
- Fluent spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua)
- Willingness for significant travel outside of Hong Kong (China, S.E. Asia and other destinations) is required
- The ideal candidate would have combined experience in electrical, building services, process and thermal plant installations in addition to core discipline knowledge
- Right candidate with less working experience and qualification will be offered with Project Engineer title
