The World Resources Institute (WRI) will offer the first official training on the recently launched GHG Protocol Product Life Cycle Accounting and Reporting Standard and Corporate Value Chain (Scope 3) Standard in Hong Kong, in collaboration with RESET Carbon in May 14-15.
The two latest GHG Protocol Standards, launched in November 2011, empowers businesses to better measure, manage and report their greenhouse gas emissions. The training courses are designed as ‘how to’ guides for companies wanting to measure the life cycle greenhousegas (GHG) emissions of the products they design, produce, sell, or for companies wanting to measure the greenhouse gas emissions of their operations and their value chain. Upon completion of the courses, participants will have learnt to build, understand and deploy these standards to improve the environmental management of their business.
