Starbucks started to look for solutions to better manage the environmental performance of its extensive retail chain, and engaged Reset to establish the carbon footprint for a number of the stores in Hong Kong.
Having established the annual carbon footprint of several pilot stores in Hong Kong, Starbucks seeked to reduce its environmental impact. RESET’s engineering team investigated common energy and waste reduction opportunities across the pilot stores, identifying substantial potential saving at operations level.
